Well, Auburn wins! There was never any doubt about that one. Team Auburn defeats Team Tigers, 24-14. Fans are lining up for autograph session. The fun is far from over at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
There's been a lot of talk surrounding Auburn's strength and nutrition programs. A lot of the success can be contributed to facilities that aid the student-athlete in their training and nutritional habits. Facilities like this one:
Jeremy Johnson and Sean White had strong showings in first half. Tyler Queen and Tucker Tuberville taking snaps.
Blue and white jerseys are flooding out of the tunnel; the second half is about to start. There's still a large crowd following halftime. An autograph session will be held on the field following today's game (weather permitting).
While it's halftime, watch the highlights from Auburn gymnastic's historical night last night at the NCAA Championships in Fort Worth, Texas. The Tigers compete tonight for the national title.
Check out this grab from earlier! Early enrollee, Chandler Cox hauls in a pass from Jeremy Johnson:
Let's not forget who's roaming the sidlines for Auburn. The one and only:
If Jeremy Johnson can connect with Ricardo Louis and Duke Williams like that all year, things could get really fun around here!
Back-to-back great catches polishes off a 85-yard scoring drive.
Update from Jane B. Moore Field, No. 6 Auburn softball leads No. 7 Alabama, 3-2 in the third inning. This is the first of two games today for the Tigers.
Not surprised, but Auburn fans are engaged in this game. Big hits and nice plays have prompted loud reactions. Jeremy Johnson has had some nice passes, while the defense has shown some physicality early.
The lower bowl of Jordan-Hare is almost full. Fans are still filing in with 4:10 left in the first quarter. Overcast skies creating a perfect setting for a spring football.
We are underway! Jeremy Johnson will take first snaps from 25-yard line.
Coaches are positioned on the field, behind the action.
Here come the Tigers!
