Education: Robinson received his bachelor's degree in Health & Human Physiology from the University of Iowa in 2015. He received his master's degree in Human Nutrition from Johns Hopkins University in 2017. He has been a Registered Dietitian (RD) since May 2017.
Job Responsibilities: Robinson is responsible for the men's and women's tennis teams, men's and women's track and field and cross-country teams, as well as the men's and women's swimming and diving teams. As a part of the Sports Nutrition team, he is responsible for the education and fueling of the student athletes for the teams he serves. This includes providing team education as well as individual nutrition counseling, organizing fuel for home practice and competition, managing travel meals and snacks for fueling while away, body composition analysis, coordinating with the Wellness Kitchen about menus and athletes' preferences, and serving as a part of the sports medicine team to provide the best care for Auburn athletes. Robinson also provides grocery store tours to help athletes fuel on their own and conducts hydration testing and supplement evaluation to ensure well-being of the athlete.
Past Experience: Following his 9-month dietetic internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Robinson volunteered with Northwestern University's Performance Nutrition program where he assisted with fueling Football, as well as creating educational materials and stocking the fueling station. He also worked as a Personal Trainer part-time helping clients reach their fitness goals.
Personal: Robinson is a native of Deerfield, IL. He likes to weight lift, cook and travel.
