Associate Athletics Director, Internal Operations

Joined Auburn Staff: September 2003
 
Responsibility: A member of the department’s senior staff. Has sport oversight of men’s and women’s swimming and diving program, volleyball, gymnastics, and men’s golf. Supervises Olympic Strength and Conditioning program, liaison to the university for all athletics human resource issues, and is responsible for the department’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Serves as a member of the Alabama State 4-H Foundation Board and is a member of the NCAA Women’s Volleyball Committee.
 
Experience: Returned to staff as Director of Athletics Event Operations and Compliance responsible for all event operations and assistant to compliance director. Served as Director of Compliance during staff transition. Assisted the Southeastern Conference in championships for football, basketball, and baseball 1997-2005. Before returning to Auburn served as Director of Championships for the Ohio Valley Conference and facilitated the conference’s National Letter of Intent Program. Worked as Executive Assistant to the Athletics Director for the Birmingham City School Board assisting in the administration of 74 middle and high school sports programs in accordance with Alabama High School Athletics Association policies and procedures.
 
Personal Information: Native of Uniontown, AL. Graduated from Auburn with a B.S. in Political Science in 1997 and M.A. in 1999. Currently doctoral candidate in Higher Ed Administration.
