Education: Smith received his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Auburn University in 2014.
Job Responsibilities: Smith is responsible for managing the day-to-day duties of the outbound ticket sales and service team. The sales and service team focuses on selling new full season, partial season, group, and single game tickets to all six ticketed Auburn Athletic events as well as helping renew season ticket holders from the previous year. The sales and service teams works closely with the Marketing, Box Office, and Tigers Unlimited Foundation to assist in meeting revenue and attendance goals for each department.
Past Experience: While Smith was an undergrad at Auburn, he spent two years interning with the Marketing and Promotions Department and one year interning with the Ticket Sales Department. After graduation, he started as a Sales Representative in the Tickets Sales Department. He then served as an Account Executive, then Senior Account Executive before starting his current role.
Personal: A native of Thomasville, Ala., Smith is married to Morgan who is a graphic designer in the Communications Department in Auburn Athletics.
