Education: Received her bachelor's degree in art/marketing from Troy State University in 1986.
Job Responsibilities: Mullins Provides customer service during the process of selling tickets by phone, email and in person. She also provides assistance to walk-in customers and over-the-window transactions. Is responsible for the daily petty cash count, bank deposits, cash reports, and cash trays for all ticketed sporting events. She assists in interoffice communications with student workers and TES employees. Mullins schedules and maintains agenda for bi-monthly ticket office meetings and works Will Call and sales at events as needed.
Past Experience: Mullins has been employed with Auburn University for twenty-one years in the Athletics Ticket Office. Prior to her tenure at Auburn, she worked at Crichton College in Memphis, Tenn., as an Admissions Counselor and later as the college receptionist.
Personal: A native of Opelika (Beauregard), Ala., Mullins is married to Tim Mullins. They have a daughter, Sophia, and son-in-law (Blake) in Colorado Springs, Colo., and a son, Noori, who is a senior at Auburn University.
