Education: Hill received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Promotion in 1997 (Auburn University), Master of Education in Higher Education Administration in 2000 (Auburn University), and Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration in 2015 (Auburn University).
Job Responsibilities: Hill's responsibilities include sport oversight for equestrian men's and women's tennis, track and field/cross country, oversight of the letter winner organizations for all 21 sports, career preparation and planning for current and former student-athletes, and provide programming to educate student-athletes with experiences that will equip them to thrive upon their departure from Auburn. Hill is also an Adjunct Professor at Auburn University, graduate of the Division 1A Athletic Directors' Institute, graduate of the NCAA Pathway Program, and co-author of research: "Cost Control: The Challenge for Intercollegiate Athletics".
Past Experience: Hill came to Auburn from Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., most recently serving as an Associate Athletic Director for Compliance since 2001. Served as a compliance assistant and event management intern at Auburn from 1997 to 2001.
Personal: Hill is a native of Roanoke, Ala. Hill was a member of the Auburn football team and is married to Sherina Hill from Bremen, Georgia.
