Past Experience: Rudd came to Auburn after serving as the Customer Service Manager for Marketron Broadcast Solutions in Opelika, Alabama. Marketron is a Global Computer Software Company serving the radio and TV industry. Rudd spent 19 years with Marketron as a customer service agent, Quality Control Manager, and lastly Customer Service Manager. She was the Customer Service Manager for the last seven years. Rudd was responsible for the day to day operations of the Customer Service department, overseeing client calls, client satisfaction, and promptness of response. She was the liaison between her department and Sales, development, and product distribution. Prior to Marketron Rudd was the Office Manager for John Crofton, CPA in Opelika, Ala.
Personal: A native of Opelika, Ala., Rudd is married to Lonnie and has three daughters, Sharon, Tricia, and Wendy and one son Chancy. She also has three grandchildren, Levi, Macie, and Canaan.
