Education: Herman graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. He went on to graduate with a Master of Arts in industrial organizational psychology in 2003 at the same university. Herman continues his studies at Northwestern State where he graduated with a Master of Science in sports administration in 2006.
Job Responsibilities: Herman serves as an Academic Counselor for the football team.
Past Experience: Brad came to Auburn after serving as the Student Success Specialist for the Louisiana Tech University football team, where he handled all day to day academic operations for the Bulldog football program. Prior to his stint at Louisiana Tech, he served as an academic counselor from 2008 to 2010 for the Arkansas State University football, baseball and golf teams. He also spent 2007-2008 at Northwestern State University, where he was the academic counselor for the football and baseball teams. After graduating, Herman began his career in 2004 at Pinecrest Supports and Services in Pineville, LA as an Associate Psychologist. He was there from 2004 to 2007.
Personal: Herman is a native of Harrisonburg, La., has a son, Titus, and a daughter, Noel, with his wife Amy.
