ATMs

ATMs are located inside the stadium on the East Concourse by the student gates and near Gate 1, as well as the West Concourse between Gates 13 and 14. ATMs are also located at Auburn Arena, Plainsman Park and Student Union. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted at concessions stands on the main concourse of the stadium.

CHAIR-BACK RENTAL

Reserve your stadium chair-back for the season by visiting auburntigerseats.com. Full season orders will be installed prior to the first home game. Chair-back rentals are also available for rental at each game on the lower East and West Concourses, as well as the upper decks.

CHARGING STATION

Electronic device charging stations are located inside the stadium for your use during each home game. The stations are located on the West Concourse near Gate 15, as well as the East Concourse by the student gates and near Gate 1. For more information, visit stadiumcharge.com.

DISABLED SERVICES

Fans with tickets in the upper decks who are disabled or have special needs may request an elevator pass. To request an elevator pass, a letter from a doctor or a copy of your disabled parking placard must be faxed to Auburn Event Management at 334-844-1156 or mailed to Auburn Athletics Complex, 392 S. Donahue Drive, Auburn, AL 36832.

Disabled parking is available on game day. To park in the designated disabled parking area, fans will need a state-issued hang tag or license plate. For up-to-date game day parking information visit www.aubgameday.com

FIRST AID

The First Aid Stations are located adjacent to Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck.

GUEST ASSIST

Guest Assist provides a simple text message code that will permit Auburn fans to send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text the word Auburn, followed by your message and location to 78247. Standard text messaging rates apply.

GUEST SERVICES BOOTHS

Four Guest Services Booths are located on the stadium concourse at gates 2, 4, 13, and 16. Services offered at these locations include; child ID wristband distribution, stroller check-in, game-by-game elevator pass distribution and stadium information.

GUEST WiFi

Guest Wireless Internet service is available in the stadium and across campus using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. The cost is $7.95 for 24 hours, $9.95 for 48 hours, $11.95 for 72 hours, or $17.95 for 30 days. Users may subscribe by selecting the "AU_Guest" WiFi network from their mobile device. The service is provided by iBAHN. Call 800-924-2771 for support.

LOST & FOUND

Any items found during the game should be taken to the First Aid Station adjacent to Section 46. Lost items may be reclaimed at the First Aid Station. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to City of Auburn Police. Items turned over to the police may be picked up at the Police Department located at 161 North Ross Street, Auburn, AL 36830 during regular business hours.

SMOKING

Smoking is limited to designated areas only and is not allowed in the seating area, restrooms or First Aid Stations. Additionally, Auburn University has implemented a new smoking policy for 2012. Throughout campus, smokers must be at least 25 feet away from buildings.

STADIUM TRAMS

Stadium Trams will shuttle limited mobility guests from various parking lots to specific drop off points on the East and West sides of the stadium. The service will begin two hours prior to the game, end at kick-off and resume at the conclusion of the game.

Stadium Policies

STADIUM RE-ENTRY

No pass-outs are given for any reason. Police officers cannot give pass-outs. If you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue:

• ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS
• CAMERAS WITH DETACHABLE LENSES OR LENSES OVER 4 INCHES
• LARGE BAGS (12 x 12 x 12 is maximum size)
• OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK
• PETS
• STADIUM SEATS WITH ARMS
• UMBRELLAS
• VIDEO CAMERAS
• WEAPONS
• AS WELL AS ANY ITEMS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE HAZARDOUS OR UNSAFE BY VENUE PERSONNEL.

FAN CONDUCT

Spectators will not be allowed on the playing field at any time. Spectators attempting to enter the field will be ejected from the stadium and/or arrested. Do not throw objects, including cups and ice, from the stands or any other area of the stadium. Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. If you are ejected from the stadium for any reason, you will not receive a refund for your ticket.

CONCESSIONS

A variety of food and drink options are available throughout the inner concourses of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Select concession stands accept credit cards. Concessions are also available outside the stadium prior to the game at Plainsman Park, outside the South End of Jordan-Hare Stadium and on the East Lawn of the stadium.

AUBURN TEAM SHOP / MERCHANDISE

There are many locations throughout and around Jordan-Hare Stadium to purchase officially licensed Auburn merchandise and souvenirs. The largest store is located just inside the main entrance at Auburn Arena. During the season, the Auburn Team Shop store at Auburn Arena is open before and after all home games, as well as from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays following home football games. The Auburn Team Shop can be reached at 334-844-8147.
