Accessible parking is available on game day in the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine lot on South Donahue Drive (see 2016 gameday parking map). To park in the designated accessible parking area, fans will need a state-issued hang tag or license plate.
Auburn provides ADA Accessible Tiger Transit shuttles from the VCOM accessible lot to War Eagle Way. The drop off location for the accessible shuttles takes patrons to the accessible golf court shuttles, which provide transportation to Gates 2 and 12.
Additionally, wheelchair seat ticket holders will be provided a parking pass for the Y Lot, the previous accessible lot, located at the corner of War Eagle Way and North Donahue Drive. Those passes will be mailed when tickets are sent.

ATMs are located on the main and upper concourse inside the stadium. ATMs are also located at Auburn Arena, Plainsman Park and the Student Center. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted at concession stands on the main concourse of the stadium.
Electronic device charging stations are located inside the stadium for your use during each home game. The stations are located on the West Concourse near Gate 15, as well as the East Concourse by the student gates and near Gate 1.
A variety of food and drink options are available throughout the inner concourses of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Select concession stands accept credit cards. Concessions are also available outside the stadium prior to the game at Plainsman Park, outside the South End of Jordan-Hare Stadium and on the East Lawn of the stadium. First Aid Stations
The First Aid Stations are located adjacent to Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck.
Text Assist is a text message service that allows Auburn fans to send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text the word AUBURN, followed by your message and location to 69050. Standard text messaging rates apply.
Guest Services Booth
Three Guest Services Booths are located on the stadium concourse at Gates 2, 13, and 16. Services offered at these locations include; child ID wristband distribution and stroller check-in.
Guest Wireless Internet Service is available in the stadium and across campus using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Users may subscribe by selecting the "AU_Guest" WiFi network from their mobile device. The service is provided by Verizon Wireless and iBAHN. Call (866) 886-8089 for support.
Lost & Found
Any items found during the game should be taken to the First Aid Station adjacent to Section 46. Lost items may be reclaimed at the First Aid Station. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to City of Auburn Police. Items turned over to the police may be picked up at the Police Department located at 161 North Ross Street, Auburn, AL 36830 during regular business hours.
Stadium Trams will shuttle limited mobility guests from the accessible parking lot at War Eagle Way to Gate 2 (east side) and Gate 14 (west side). The service will begin four hours prior to the game, end at kick-off and resume at the conclusion of the game for one hour.
Fans are allowed to bring empty, clear water bottles which can be filled at multiple water stations throughout the stadium. All water stations offer filtered water free of charge.
