Concessions are also available outside the stadium prior to the game at Plainsman Park, outside the South End of Jordan-Hare Stadium and on the East Lawn of the stadium. ATMs are located on the main and upper concourse inside the stadium. ATMs are also located at Auburn Arena, Plainsman Park and the Student Center. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted at concession stands on the main concourse of the stadium.
With the implementation of Auburn's Clear Bag Policy for football game day, Auburn will provide bag check locations for items not permitted into the stadium. Below are the four secure locations where item(s) may be checked in and retrieved up to an hour post game. Locations will be open four hours prior to kick off for all games. Items may also be retrieved Sunday's following game day starting at 2 pm at the Haley Center location. After this time, items will be taken to the Auburn Police Department.

Electronic device charging stations are located inside the stadium for your use during each home game. The stations are located on the West Concourse near Gate 15, the East Concourse by the student gates and near Gate 1, and the Upper East and Upper West sections.
First Aid Stations
The First Aid Stations are located adjacent to Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck.
Guest Assist is a text message service that allows Auburn fans to send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text the word AUBURN, followed by your message and location to 69050, or call (334) 844-2807. Standard text messaging rates apply.
Guest Services Booth
Three Guest Services Booths are located on the stadium concourse at Gates 2, 4, 13, and 16. Services offered at these locations include; child ID wristband distribution, stroller check-in, game-by-game elevator pass distribution and stadium information.
Guest Wireless Internet Service is available in the stadium and across campus using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Users may subscribe by selecting the "AU_Guest" WiFi network from their mobile device. The service is provided by Verizon Wireless and iBAHN. Call (866) 886-8089 for support.
Lost & Found
Any items found during the game should be taken to the First Aid Station adjacent to Section 46. Lost items may be reclaimed at the First Aid Station. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to City of Auburn Police. Items turned over to the police may be picked up at the Police Department located at 161 North Ross Street, Auburn, AL 36830 during regular business hours.
Medical Bag and Stroller Check Descriptions
Due to heightened security measures, we ask that all necessary medical bags and strollers enter through gates 5 or 19 for a thorough search. Approved items will be tagged with an "Approved Bag" band. Once inside, strollers are still able to be dropped off at Guest Service booths located inside gates 2, 12 and 14. By providing these dedicated gates, it will ensure that your medical bag and/or stroller are checked efficiently and with as little as delay as possible.
Stadium Trams will shuttle limited mobility guests from the accessible parking lot at War Eagle Way to Gate 2 (east side) and Gate 14 (west side). The service will begin four hours prior to the game, end at kick-off and resume at the conclusion of the game for one hour.
Tiger Babies Breastfeeding Support Tent is a community outreach project supported by Auburn University School of Nursing and EAMC lactation services. This initiative provides breastfeeding support for nursing mothers during various community events in the Auburn/ Opelika area. On home football game days, Tiger Babies provides a tent, comfortable chairs and necessary supplies for mothers and their babies, to conveniently and comfortably accommodate breastfeeding needs.

Fans are allowed to bring empty, clear water bottles which can be filled at multiple water stations throughout the stadium. All water stations offer filtered water free of charge.
Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket for admission. All individuals entering the venue, along with any articles in their possession, are subject to inspection by gate personnel. Clear Bag Policy
Beginning in 2016, Athletics will increase safety and security measures with a new clear bag policy for Jordan-Hare Stadium, mirroring policies enacted by the NFL and many other collegiate venues. Patrons will be allowed to enter with one 12" x 12" x 6" clear bag. Other permissible items include wallets and small clutches, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5".
Items that will not be permitted include camera cases, diaper bags, printed patterned plastic bags, purses, back packs, mesh bags, binocular cases, fanny packs or tote bags.
- Our guests' experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behaviors of others. Guests should report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or facility/operations staff member.
- Guests will enjoy the Auburn GameDay experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests possessing alcoholic beverages are subject to ejection. Those appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or will be subject to ejection from Auburn Athletics facilities.
- Guests must not go onto the field, throw objects onto the field or interfere with play. Violations will result in immediate ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be admitted into Auburn Athletics facilities.
- Clothing or other items may not be hung over the railing as they might interfere with the event.
- Guests will comply with requests from staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Guests must adhere to the Code of Conduct provisions or they will be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of federal/state/city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
For your convenience, prohibited items (excluding weapons) can be securely checked at the Auburn Arena Scholarship Entry and picked up following the game. Items can be checked starting three (3) hours prior to kickoff. The checked item area closes one (1) hour post-game. The following items are prohibited inside Jordan-Hare Stadium:
- Artificial noisemakers
- Cameras with lenses over four (4) inches
- Outside food or drink
- Stadium seats with arms
- Video cameras
- Bags (including mesh bags, fanny packs, printed pattern plastic bags)
- Camera cases
- Backpacks (including clear backpacks)
- Purses (4.5 x 6.5 is maximum size)
- Diaper bags
- Binocular cases
- Hover boards
- Any items deemed inappropriate, hazardous or unsafe by venue personnel
Smoking is prohibited on the North, South and Upper Deck concourses as well as all seating sections and any other congested area of the stadium. Smoking areas have been designated by the placement of cigarette waste receptacles in select locations which include the stadium ramps and Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast corners of the lower concourse. This policy also includes the use of electronic cigarettes, which are only permitted in the designated areas mentioned above.
No pass-outs are given for any reason. Police officers cannot give pass-outs. If you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter. An emergency or medical need pass can be obtained by going to the First Aid Station at Section 46.
Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling barrels are conveniently located around the concourse, as well as the club sections and upper deck. Please dispose of your trash and recycling properly before you leave the stadium.
Designate a location both inside and outside of the stadium to meet friends and family if you become separated. Once seated, locate the nearest exit and an alternate exit just in case you have to evacuate. Always follow the directions of the announcer, police, event staff and emergency responders.
Report any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern to the nearest police officer or event personnel. Fans may also text the word "Auburn" followed by a message and seat location to 69050 or (334) 844-2807.
Monitor the weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends from severe weather before, during or after the game. If notified to seek shelter, the buildings immediately surrounding the stadium will be open for you to seek shelter.
If instructed to evacuate the stadium, leave in an orderly fashion and assist others if necessary. Do not return until told it is safe to do so by police, event staff or other emergency responders. Do not use elevators in the event of a fire evacuation or power failure.
Emergency announcements may be made on the stadium public address system, outer concourse or voice capable outdoor warning sirens on campus. Tune your radio to AM 1650 for Game Day traffic updates and information in the event of an emergency. Police, event staff and emergency responders can assist if you need information or direction.
