Parking InformationScholarship Parking (men's Basketball only)Permit Parking is available in the Auburn Arena Parking Lot (Lot 1A) for men's basketball scholarship donors and premium seat holders with the appropriate pass. Public ParkingPublic parking is available at the following locations for men's basketball, women's basketball and gymnastics: Lot across from Momma Goldberg's (2), Coliseum Lot (3), Stadium Parking Deck (4), North Park Parking Deck (5) and the Lowder Business Lot (6). Parking is available at the Auburn Arena Parking Lot (1) for women's basketball and gymnastics. Other locations not listed on the map include the CDV parking lot located off of Wire Road on the Extension Loop and the McWhorter Center Lot located on the corner of Biggio Drive and Samford Avenue. Accessible Parking (men' basketball only)Accessible parking is available in the lot immediately behind the Auburn University Department of Public Safety and Security Building (543 W. Magnolia Avenue). To access the lot, please travel west on Magnolia Avenue and turn south onto Village View Lane. A state-issued hang tag or license plate is required and strictly enforced. Please display it in a visible location. This area will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Tiger Transit ShuttlesTiger Transit shuttles will be available from the Facilities Division Parking Lot (1161 W Samford Avenue) and West Thach Parking Area (west of Hemlock Drive, south of Magnolia Avenue) to Auburn Arena for select men's basketball, women's basketball and gymnastics events. Shuttles will run one hour prior to the event and run continuously until one hour post-event. Shuttles will drop off and pick up at the War Eagle Way Tiger Transit Depot. For men's basketball, shuttles will be available for SEC weeknight games and select others. For gymnastics, shuttles will be available for all SEC meets. Arena InformationArena Re-EntryA No pass-outs are given for any reason. Police officers cannot give pass-outs. If a fan leaves the arena, they must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, re-entry will not be permitted. DoorsAll doors open 90 minutes prior to each event. General public may enter via the Main Entrance or Scholarship Entrance. Ticket SalesEVENT DAY: Tickets will be available for purchase at the box offices located at the north Main Entrance and east Scholarship Entrance. The box offices will open 90 minutes prior to event start time and will remain open during the event for future event sales. ATMATMs are available at the main entrance of the arena and in the student lobby entrance. ElevatorsUse of the elevators inside Auburn Arena are restricted to disabled and special needs guests. First AidThe first aid station is located on the northwest concourse behind section 110. First aid stations are staffed by professionally trained and licensed East Alabama Medical Center EMTs. Guest AssistFans can send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to Arena Management. For assistance or to report an issue, text the word Auburn, followed by your message and location to 78247. Standard text messaging rates apply. Guest Service BoothA guest service booth will be located behind Section 110 to service fans on event day. This booth will be available to fans when the doors open until thirty minutes after the conclusion of the event. This booth will include the following items: fan guides, guest assist cards, event feedback cards, stroller check tags and kids wristbands. Lost and FoundAny items found during the event should be given to an usher or taken to the first aid station on the concourse next to the Auburn Arena entrance behind Section 110. Items that are not picked up by the conclusion of the event will be given to Auburn police and can be picked up at the Auburn Police Department.
