FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why is the ADA parking location changing?
We're committed to doing all we can to help those with disabilities attend and enjoy Auburn athletic events. Moving the parking location to VCOM accomplishes two objectives toward that priority. First, it helps ensure that we have parking available for those who need it for mobility reasons. Second, it allows us to better provide transportation for those fans to and from Jordan-Hare Stadium. The previous location wasn't ideal for reaching those goals.

By moving accessible parking to the VCOM lot we are now able to provide more parking for Auburn's ADA patrons and others who are truly in need. In the past few years, the Y lot has filled hours before kickoff resulting in inconvenient parking for in-need fans.

Do I need an ADA parking pass for accessible lots?
Yes. Only vehicles with a state-issued accessible pass will be allowed entry into the accessible lots.

How do I get from the VCOM Lot to the stadium?
In addition to providing more spaces for those with mobility needs, accessible Tiger Transit busses will be conveniently stationed at the VCOM lot to take patrons to War Eagle Way where accessible shuttles will then deliver our fans directly to Gates 2 and 12.

Why can't the Tiger Transit shuttle take me directly to the stadium?
Due to the large amount of pedestrian traffic and street closures on gameday, the quickest and most direct route to the Stadium is actually through the War Eagle Way transit drop off.

How do I obtain a parking pass for the Y lot?
Parking in the Y lot, which is located at the corner of North Donahue and Magnolia, will only be available to those who purchase wheelchair tickets to Auburn football games.
