Tickets
Fans requiring accessible seating may purchase tickets online (watch for "special accessible seating options" in the online ordering process). Fans may also contact the Ticket Office to purchase/trade tickets for accessible seating areas at Jordan-Hare Stadium via email or by calling (334) 844-4040. Tickets are based on availability.
 
Seating
ADA seating is generally available in sections 17, 18, 33, 35, 37 and 44 at Jordan-Hare Stadium. | Seating Chart
 
Parking
Disability parking is available in lots SW of the intersection of Magnolia and Donahue (see online map). Lots open at 8 a.m. on gamedays. To access, you'll need a state tag or hang tag, the original handicapped parking registration receipt (no photo copies) and a photo ID of the owner of the registered tag. The owner must be present to obtain access to accessible parking. Parking is free and accessible shuttle services are available before, during and after the game. 
 
Shuttle Services
An accessible shuttle service is available from War Eagle Way (street just south of parking lots SW of the intersection of Magnolia and Donahue) on gamedays. This service begins two (2) hours prior to kickoff, continues through the game and concludes 30 minutes after the game ends. Pick-up and drop-off points are predetermined along War Eagle Way. Elevator Passes
Fans with tickets in the upper decks who have special needs may request a season-long elevator pass. To request, please fax a letter from your doctor or a copy of your disabled parking placard to Auburn Event Management at (334) 844-1156 or mail to Auburn Athletics Complex, 392 S. Donahue Drive, Auburn, AL 36832. Game-by-game elevator passes are available at all internal customer service booths (gates 3, 5, 12, 14) when gates open. No documentation is needed for game-by-game elevator passes.

For basketball games, a shuttle service for persons with disabilities runs between Auburn Arena and lots on the SW corner of Magnolia and Donahue (next to the Public Safety and Security building).
 
Entrances
Auburn Arena is accessible at all entrances. Fans may enter at the nearest entrance to their seating location and utilize Arena elevators if necessary.

Moore Field, disability parking is available along Biggio Drive and in the McWhorter Center parking lot. To access, you'll need a state tag or hang tag and a photo ID of the owner of the registered tag. The owner must be present to obtain access to accessible parking.
