The Auburn University Athletics Department, its staff and gameday personnel are committed to providing complete accessibility to all facilities, fair and equal treatment of all patrons and guests, and meaningful compliance with the letter and spirit of the law.
 
Auburn University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continues to make every effort to accommodate individuals consistent with both ADA and State of Alabama accessibility mandates.
 
Jordan-Hare Stadium Information is applicable for football games at Jordan-Hare Stadium:
 
Tickets
Fans with a mobility disability or a disability that requires the use of features that are provided in accessible seating may purchase tickets online (watch for "special accessible seating options" in the online ordering process). Fans may also contact the Ticket Office to purchase/trade tickets for accessible seating areas at Jordan-Hare Stadium via email or by calling (334) 844-4040. Tickets are based on availability.
 
Seating
ADA seating is generally available in sections 17, 18, 33, 35, 37 and 44 at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
 
Parking
Disability parking is available in lots on the corner of Magnolia and Donahue (AU Department of Public Safety). Lots open at 8 a.m. on game days. To access, you will need a state tag or hang tag. Parking is free and shuttle services are available before, during and after the game. 
 
Shuttle Services
A shuttle service for persons with disabilities is available from War Eagle Way on game days. This service begins two hours prior to kickoff, continues through the game and concludes 30 minutes after the end of the game. Pick-up and drop-off points are predetermined along War Eagle Way. Deviations from the established routes are not allowed.
 
Elevator Passes
Fans with tickets in the upper decks who have special needs may request a season-long elevator pass. To request, please fax a letter from your doctor or a copy of your disabled parking placard to Auburn Event Management at (334) 844-1156 or mail to Auburn Athletics Complex, 392 S. Donahue Drive, Auburn, AL 36832. Game-by-game elevator passes are available at all internal customer service booths (gates 3, 5, 12, 14) when gates open. No documentation is needed for game-by-game elevator passes.
 
Auburn Arena Information is applicable for athletics events at Auburn Arena including men's and women's basketball, gymnastics and volleyball:

Disability parking is available in the Auburn Arena parking lot (limited spaces available) in addition to lots on the corner of Magnolia and Donahue (next to the Public Safety and Security building).
 
Shuttle Services
For basketball games, a shuttle service for persons with disabilities runs between Auburn Arena and lots at the corner of Magnolia and Donahue (next to the Public Safety and Security building).
 
Entrances
Auburn Arena is accessible at all entrances. Fans may enter at the nearest entrance to their seating location and utilize Arena elevators (if necessary).

Parking
For baseball games at Plainsman Park, disability parking is available in the Coliseum and Auburn Arena parking lots in addition to limited parking in the Home Plate Lot. For softball games at Jane B. Moore Field, disability parking is available along Biggio Drive and in the McWhorter Center parking lot.
