    Who can participate in Auburn Ignited?
    Only current Auburn University students can participate in Auburn Ignited. If you are a part of the AU Band, AU Cheerleaders or Tiger Paws, Tiger Splashers, Dunking Darlings, or work for the Athletic Department and you are at the event for that reason, you may NOT get points. You can get points if you are at the event and "off duty".

    How do I get started?
    Every new student will be issued an Auburn Ignited Card at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year. This card will also be used for your football tickets and SGA Spirit points. This card will be scanned at home athletic events for Auburn Ignited points. Current students will continue to use their Auburn Ignited card that was issued to them last year.

    Where do I get an Auburn Ignited card if I did not receive one or need to replace one?
    You can obtain an Auburn Ignited card at the Ticket Office located at the new Auburn Arena. The office is located right next to the Scholarship Entrance (this is the entrance with the giant picture of the Eagle above it on the windows).

    What events can I get points at?
    You can get points at all home Auburn athletic events (excluding football, golf, track and cross country).

    I forgot my card, can I get credit?
    All members must present their scan card for credit. You may not use another student's card for credit.

    I was at a previous game. Can I get credit now?
    Sorry, you must present your card at each event in order to receive credit. Credit will not be provided for previous events.

    My scan card went MIA. Can I get a new one?
    Yes, but we strongly encourage you to keep a close eye on these cards. Since they are also going to be used for football tickets,the ticket office is going to be very careful with issuing new cards in an effort to prevent scalping. If you do lose your card please contact the Ticket Office to get a new one made. There will be a $50 fee to get a replacement card during football season and a $100 fee for each additional card. There will be a $25 fee for non-football season replacements.

    How long do I need to stay at an event to keep my points?
    With the new scan in procedure, you must scan in twice to obtain full points for an event. Scan-in goes from before the prior to an event to 30 minutes into an event. The scan-out time will begin 2 hours into the event OR at the event's conclusion, whichever comes first. You can receive half points if you scan in and do not scan out. If you are seen leaving before the halfway point, you will not receive any points and your name will be recorded. In order to receive full points for an event you must stay from beginning to end.

    What is the latest I can scan in at each event?
    At every sport, scan in begins an hour and a half before the event. Scan-in stops 30 minutes after the event begins. If an event is postponed, scan-in time ends 30 minutes after the actual start of the event, regardless of intended start time.

    What happens if I do not stay until the halfway point?
    The first time you are caught leaving early, your points will be taken away for that event and your name will be recorded. After a second offense, you will no longer be eligible for prizes or blocked seating.

     
    Auburn Ignited Basic Rules

    Credit will not be available for football. Credit will be provided at the following types of events:

    - Regular season events during the competitive schedule
    - Exhibition games that take place immediately before the competitive schedule
    - The Athletic Department has the right to provide credits at special events.
    - Additionally, the Athletic Department has the right to provide extra credits at specific events.

    Policies:

    Lost Cards
    - Replacement cards are available. Please visit the Ticket Office in the new Auburn Arena for a replacement. You will be charged a $50 fee for the first lost card and a $100 fee for any additional cards. The charge will drop to $25 after football season.

    Credits
    - Members must present their scan card at each event to receive credit.
    - No credit will be provided for previous athletic events.
