|Can't make all the games during the season? Your season tickets don't have to go unused. Simply login to your account and transfer your tickets by putting in a name and email address for the recipient. The recipient then receives an email with the tickets via print at home or mobile delivery
Instructions: How to Share Your Tickets (PDF)
Go here and sign-in to your online ticket account.
After signing in, click "My Account" on the menu at the left.
Click "Manage My Tickets > Transfer Tickets/Items"
You'll see a list of tickets available for transfer. Click "Transfer" below the ticket(s).
Select the specific seat(s). Carefully type in the recipient's name and email address.
There is a $8 charge to transfer tickets for football, all other ticketed sports are free to electronically transfer tickets (Men's & Women's Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball and Softball). You may select to pay the charge yourself or have the recipient pay the charge when they accept football tickets.
You have now transferred your tickets. The recipient will receive an email to let them know that you have transferred tickets to them. They will have the choice to accept or reject the transfer within 72 hours. You will be sent an email notice of their acceptance or rejection. If the tickets that are being transferred are accepted, your tickets will be canceled and the barcode will be de-activated and rendered useless.
Please note that if you attempt to use your transferred tickets for admittance to the game, the tickets will be rejected at the gate when scanned and your ticket privileges may be revoked.
Transfers must be initiated at least four (4) hours before the event is scheduled to begin.
How to Cancel
Ticket transfers can only be canceled prior to the recipient accepting the transfer or after the recipient rejects the transfer. To cancel a transaction, complete Steps 1-3 above.
Select the "Cancel Transfers" link under the tickets you would like to cancel.
Check the "Ticket Information" box and click "Submit".
You will be routed back to the page with a list of your tickets and given a message that the ticket transfer has been canceled.
After the transaction has been canceled by you or rejected by the recipient, you may now transfer the tickets to another person or retain the tickets and use them yourself.
After the transfer has been initiated, an email will be sent to the recipient with an active link in the message. The recipient will click on the link and enter the email address where the ticket transfer was received.
If they already have an online ticket office account, they will be able to sign in using their account number and password.
If not, they will need to create a new account by clicking the "Register Now" link and entering their information.
An email will be sent to them with each ticket attached as a PDF.
The recipient must accept the ticket transfer within 72 hours of the transfer initiation or the transaction will be canceled automatically.

When Can I Share
Season ticket holders can share tickets up to four (4) hours prior to scheduled game time, but the entire ticket share (offer and acceptance) must be completed four (4) hours prior to the scheduled start of the game. Please keep in mind Faculty/Staff Season Tickets, Pick 6 plans, and single game tickets can not be electronically transferred.
How Do I Accept a
1) Transfer share recipients
receive an email that includes a
link to accept the transfer. The subject
line of the email will read "Ticket Sharing
Invitation." Open your email program,
find the email and click on the link.
2) Enter your email address in the
appropriate field and click the "Accept"
3) Sign in to your ticket account using
your email address and password, or click
the "register here" link if you have never
used the online ticketing system.
4) You will then receive an email
containing your transferred ticket
attached to it in the form of a "Print at home or mobile delivery" PDF document. Open the email
and print out the ticket.
Any Special Notes
1) A ticket can only be shared
one time. Shared tickets can not
be shared again.
2) The free Adobe Reader version 4.0 or
greater is required to open the shared
ticket attachment. Download a free copy
of the software at Adobe.com.
3) Once the offer to share tickets is
made, the recipient has 72 hours to claim
4) The deadline to accept and complete
a ticket share is four (4) hours prior to
scheduled start of the game.
